Guidance:
- Submerge the dropper into the tincture bottle. Squeeze the top of the dropper to fill it with tincture. Place one dropper full of tincture under your tongue and hold it there for 30 seconds while you enjoy the taste of local honey. After 30 seconds, swallow.
