REFUND POLICY

Refunds on returns are for the original purchase amount and in the form of original payment with proof of purchase (shipping invoice or printed copy of emailed receipt). Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned, but do not include the original shipping costs. 

For exchanges, the item is returned and refunded separately from the purchase of the replacement item.

We value our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make at Huntsboro Hemp Company! That said, if there is an issue of any kind, we offer a 30-day,money-back guarantee. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tags and/or seals attached and in tact.

We can only accept returns that were made through the website or one of our affiliates. Any product purchased through a retail vendor cannot be returned through this process. 

Return Process
In the event that you do want to process a return, the item must be received at our facility within 30 days of ordering (please allow 5-7 days for return mail). We will email you a pre-paid shipping label for you to use for the return. At this time, we do not accept Cash On Delivery shipments. If you choose to not use our pre-paid return labels, shipping charges are at your own expense. 

  1. Gather the invoice included with your shipment or print the email receipt
  2. Note which item(s) you are returning
  3. Prepare your return package with your item(s) for return and the marked invoice
  4. Call our customer service line at 866-572-5332 to have a pre-paid USPS return shipping label emailed to you
  5. Adhere label to the outside of shipping package and take to the nearest U.S. Post Office
